• organizations implementing technical assistance programs

Participation

There are 3 categories of participation according with established criteria.

Administration

The highest administrative body of the RDF is the General Assembly of its members convening at least once a year. Every  year full members elect Council for effective administrating organization. Executive body of RDF is executive secretary who is appointed by Council and responsible to it.
